My approach is grounded in partnership and practicality. I work alongside leaders and teams to understand their context, surface what matters most, and support progress in ways that are thoughtful, workable, and grounded in reality.
Whether I’m supporting a focused initiative or partnering through a longer arc of change, my role is to help create clarity, alignment, and momentum — and to ensure the work doesn’t stop at good ideas.
I focus on creating solutions that are embedded in the organization and owned by the people closest to the work, rather than dependent on external experts to sustain them.
